Dance Fitness is a high-energy program that combines music, movement, and fitness in a fun and welcoming environment. Athletes build coordination, strength, and confidence while staying active, making new friends, and enjoying a variety of dance-inspired activities. Everyone is welcome - no dance experience is required!
